Directions

For Post-Workout Recovery: Begin drinking one (1) bottle of Blue Thunder immediately upon completing a workout. For Daily Protein Nutrition: Drink one (1) bottle of Blue Thunder 1 to 2 times per day to support protein and calorie needs.
