Directions

Recommended Use: As a dietary supplement, mix 1 scoop or 4 tablespoons (43 grams) with 6 to 8 oz of cold water or juice. Drink 4 servings daily for 5 days, then maintain at 1 to 2 servings daily. Consult with a physician prior to use if you have any medical conditions. Do not use if pregnant or lactating. Note: Athletes who engage in intense, regular exercise should consume at least 120 oz of water per day. Drink an additional 16 oz of water for each pound of weight lost during exercise.
